We review the parts list before quoting.

MazTech supplies robotics and electronics hardware for institutional projects. Send the specification you already have, or describe what the equipment needs to do.

A product title may leave out a detail that matters.

A rating, connector or version can change whether a part fits the work. We review the requested specification and flag questions before preparing the quotation.

Start with the job and the existing equipment.

You may be preparing a bill of materials for a new build, replacing a part or choosing a robot for a defined task. In each case, the useful starting point is the requirement. Tell us what the equipment must work with and where it will be used.

This service is for institutional buyers who need a project quotation. A purchase can involve several components or a named robot model. Your technical contact defines the requirement, while the procurement team can check the quoted items and delivery terms.

Send part numbers and links together.

Include the quantity for each line and any relevant datasheets. A supplier link helps locate the item, while the manufacturer part number helps identify the exact version. If your list includes alternatives, mark which details must stay the same.

For a component that joins other equipment, show both sides of the connection. For a replacement, include the existing part details. These details help us identify the questions that need an answer before an order is placed.

The quotation records the items you are buying.

We prepare an itemised quotation against the agreed specification. The model or part reference needs to be clear enough for your technical contact to check it. Relevant delivery terms and exclusions belong in the same written scope.

If an item needs an alternative, we put the proposed specification forward for your review. A similar name or appearance does not settle the choice. We ask you to check the proposed substitution against your requirement before the order.

For a robot, include the task as well as the model name. The version, accessories and software requirements affect the request. You can use the robot catalogue to identify an option, then tell us what it must do in your setting.

Send the deadline before the order.

Delivery timing depends on the confirmed specification and supplier response. Tell us when the equipment is needed and where it will be delivered. We discuss the relevant timing and delivery terms in the quotation for your project.

If the list is still changing, identify the items already decided and the questions that remain open. A confirmed requirement gives us a clearer basis for checking the supply request. Keep the project deadline visible while alternatives are being reviewed.

Your first enquiry can be a short list.

  • Part numbers, model names and the quantities required.
  • Links or datasheets for the proposed equipment.
  • The equipment it must connect to and the operating conditions.
  • The delivery location and required date.

If you have no parts list yet, describe the job and the hardware you already use. We can discuss the requirement first. A separate technical review may be a useful starting point where the project needs a decision before items can be selected.

Keep the original requirement alongside any supplier suggestions. If a listed item changes, your technical contact needs to check whether the proposed replacement still meets the job. We record the agreed selection in the quotation so the purchase request refers to the item you have reviewed.

Registering MazTech as a supplier?

Send your vendor registration checklist to our business mailbox. The Buying from MazTech page sets out the company information for procurement. Tell us which documents your process needs alongside the quotation so the technical request and supplier registration can be handled together.
