We bring robots to indoor events.

We plan robot rentals from Abu Dhabi for events across the UAE. Tell us what you want visitors to do, and we work out the robot and the support around it.

For an exhibition stand, that might mean a humanoid appearance. For guests who want to take part, Robot Football puts the controls in their hands. Start with the event date and venue; you do not need to arrive with a technical specification.

Robot Football

Guests use gamepads to control robots in a tabletop arena. A host explains the controls and runs short matches, with time for the next group to take over. The activity gives visitors something to do together. Tell us whether you want open play during an exhibition or matches built into a scheduled event.

Unitree G1 humanoid robot

Unitree G1

A Unitree G1 appearance includes a robot operator. We plan the demonstration around the space and the way visitors will watch or approach it. Send the part of your event schedule where the humanoid will appear, along with any particular movement or interaction you would like us to discuss.

Booster humanoid

Use a Booster enquiry to describe a humanoid demonstration you want to arrange. Name the model if you have one in mind, or start with the scene you want the audience to see. We work through the event format and operator support with you.

Unitree Go2 quadruped robot

Robot dog

A robot dog brings a quadruped demonstration to an indoor event. Start with the purpose of the appearance and the audience around it. A stationary viewing area and a moving demonstration need different layouts, so share a floor plan and describe how visitors will move through the space.

The robot is one part of the booking.

Planning with MazTech, Abu Dhabi

We put the activity and its running time into your proposal, alongside the operating support. For G1, an operator is included. Robot Football uses a host to brief players and run matches. For other robots, tell us the demonstration you need so we can set out the support for that format.

We also work through delivery, setup access and collection. If your organisation needs supplier registration, send the checklist with your enquiry. Our procurement page has the company details to start that process.

Send us the space around the robot.

An indoor UAE venue can be a hall, a room or an exhibition stand. We need to understand the usable floor area, the surface and the route from unloading to the activity. A floor plan or a few photographs help us see doorways and nearby displays.

Tell us where power is available and who will meet us at the venue. Include setup and collection access times, even if they sit outside the visitor programme. For Robot Football, mark the arena area and where players and people waiting for a turn will stand. For a humanoid or robot dog, mark the viewing area and any route through the audience.

Give us the event window.

A brief appearance and an afternoon of Robot Football call for different plans. Share the start and finish of the visitor programme, any scheduled breaks and the moments when the robot needs to be active. We can then discuss session lengths and changeovers.

If the programme is still taking shape, send what you know. We will help identify the decisions needed for a written scope. For reception and delivery robots intended for a space beyond an event, see our robot catalogue.

Send us your date and venue.

We will help you choose the activity and plan the day.
