The information you choose to send
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your enquiry. Organisation and phone are optional. We use this information to assess and respond to your request and discuss a proposal.
Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential project files in an initial enquiry. We can agree an appropriate way to exchange project material later.
Sending a request
The form sends your request directly to MazTech when you choose Send enquiry and direct sending is available. If sending is unavailable or fails, the form keeps your entered details on the page so you can review them and retry. The site does not save unfinished requests in persistent browser storage.
Email and service providers
When the online form is available, it sends the enquiry to our business mailbox through an authenticated email service. Our website and email hosting providers process the information needed to provide those services. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Essential website data
The form uses a temporary session cookie and a security token to protect submissions. A security record derived from the visitor's network address limits repeated requests. The application clears security records older than 24 hours when it handles a subsequent submission. These records do not contain the project brief.
The hosting server may keep operational access and error logs. The site does not include advertising trackers or analytics. If you change the appearance setting, the site saves that preference in your browser. You can reset it to Match device or clear your browser's site data. A temporary flag in your browser tab prevents the logo introduction from repeating during your visit. It does not identify you and is not sent to us.
Keeping and accessing information
Enquiry correspondence is handled through our business email. We retain it for the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable record requirements. Contact us to ask about information held about you, request a correction or request deletion.
