Robot Football puts gamepads in your guests’ hands. Each player controls a mobile robot on a tabletop pitch and tries to move the ball into the other team’s goal. We show players how to steer before the match starts, then stay beside the arena to run the game.

The Match Day package brings a MazTech tabletop pitch and four robots with gamepads to your venue. Two MazTech team members handle the activity from setup to pack down. One explains the controls and helps players get started; every match has a referee.
We plan short matches and changeovers around your event. The four hour booking is the playing window, so we also agree access time for setup before guests arrive and collection after play finishes. Tell us if your programme needs a longer day or separate playing periods.

Get to know the controls
Players take a gamepad and try steering their robot. Our team gives a controls briefing before each group plays, so guests can join without previous experience.
Play a short match
The main format is two against two, with one robot for each player. We referee the game and manage the changeover to the next group. One against one duels are another option.
Finish with a final
If you want a competition to close the event, we can include a finals round. Tell us when it should finish so we can fit it around your stage programme or other activities.
Plan around
your guests
At a corporate family day, colleagues and their families can take turns at the same arena. For a school open day or sports day, we can plan the playing periods with the host. Youth and community events can use short matches as one activity within a wider programme.
Tell us the expected ages and how people will arrive: one invited group, several scheduled groups or guests dropping in throughout the day. That helps us plan briefings, changeovers and the space around the table. Children remain in the care of their parents, school or event host.
Space for
a Match Day
Start with about 3 by 4 metres of level indoor floor and a power socket near the arena. Send a floor plan or a photo with dimensions so we can check where the table, players and waiting guests will fit. Include any access restrictions between the loading point and the event space.
The host provides the event permit and venue approvals, along with a named contact for the day. We agree the setup and collection windows with that contact. If the host sells event tickets, the host handles ticketing; MazTech supplies the activity to the organiser.

Send the date, UAE venue, intended playing hours and the group you expect. If you already have a floor plan or event schedule, include it in the enquiry. A short description is enough to begin; we can work through the remaining details together.
We check the date and send a quotation with the venue requirements. It sets out the equipment, team, running time and delivery arrangements for your event. Once the booking is agreed, we confirm the date in writing and arrange access with your venue contact.
