Lucki Pro finds its way around guests and obstacles on its own. Its screen can show your welcome message or menu while it serves.

Send the date, venue, guest numbers and the service you have in mind. We agree the floor route, power and any branding with you before the day.

We work from Abu Dhabi and agree venue access, setup and collection alongside your event programme. You can share these details after your first enquiry.

How the day works.

  1. Before the day

    You send the date and the venue. We agree the Lucki Pro, the activity and the running time, then set them out in a written proposal with delivery, setup and collection.

  2. On the day

    Our technical team brings the Lucki Pro, sets it up and runs it from start to finish.

  3. After the event

    We collect at the agreed time, so your own team can stay with the guests.

Questions about the Lucki Pro

Who runs the Lucki Pro at our event?

Our technical team comes with the Lucki Pro and runs it from start to finish. Nobody on your side needs to operate it.

How long can it stay?

One booking covers your event for up to 8 hours on the day, at one location. We plan the running times around your programme.

Can the Lucki Pro carry our branding?

Branding on the robot, its screen or its cups is available on request. We agree it with you in the proposal.

Do you come to Dubai and the other emirates?

Yes. We work from Abu Dhabi and bring robots to indoor events in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Tell us your venue and we confirm it in the proposal.

What do you need from the venue?

A floor plan or a few photographs help us plan the activity area, audience space, power and unloading access. You can send them after your first enquiry.

Is my request a confirmed booking?

Not yet. We check availability, agree the scope and the quotation, then confirm the booking in writing.

Your name, email and preferred date are enough to start. You can leave the date blank if you’re still planning.
