Pepper works best at an entrance, a reception desk or a stand, where it can talk with guests one group at a time. Share the questions people usually ask and the message you want them to leave with.
Send the date, UAE venue and the length of the appearance. Tell us what you want the robot to say or do, and add a floor plan if you have one. We put the agreed script and setup into your proposal.
We work from Abu Dhabi and agree venue access, setup and collection alongside your event programme. You can share these details after your first enquiry.

How the day works.
Before the day
You send the date and the venue. We agree the Pepper, the activity and the running time, then set them out in a written proposal with delivery, setup and collection.
On the day
Our technical team brings the Pepper, sets it up and runs it from start to finish.
After the event
We collect at the agreed time, so your own team can stay with the guests.

Who runs the Pepper at our event?
Our technical team comes with the Pepper and runs it from start to finish. Nobody on your side needs to operate it.
How long can it stay?
One booking covers your event for up to 8 hours on the day, at one location. We plan the running times around your programme.
Can the Pepper say our message?
Yes. Tell us what you want the robot to say or do, and we put it into your proposal.
Do you come to Dubai and the other emirates?
Yes. We work from Abu Dhabi and bring robots to indoor events in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Tell us your venue and we confirm it in the proposal.
What do you need from the venue?
A floor plan or a few photographs help us plan the activity area, audience space, power and unloading access. You can send them after your first enquiry.
Is my request a confirmed booking?
Not yet. We check availability, agree the scope and the quotation, then confirm the booking in writing.
Have a date in mind?
Your name, email and preferred date are enough to start. You can leave the date blank if you’re still planning.
